Day Trips Terms and Conditions
- To qualify for a CONCESSION rate, ALL bus passes MUST be shown.
- OAP discount is only applicable to those who have full, valid senior citizen bus passes.
- All passes must be shown when boarding. Concessions will be asked to show their bus passes.
- All children aged 2 to 14 must pay for a seat on the coach.
- No refund will be given for tickets that are cancelled within 7 days of departure.
- Tickets cancelled before this will incur a 50% cancellation charge, with the remaining 50% held in abeyance for deduction from a future booking.
- Transfers can be made 7 days before departure with a £5 admin charge per person.
- Any day trip cancelled due to low numbers or lack of interest will be transferred, or monies kept in abeyance towards a future trip.
- The price stated in the day trip leaflet is representative of fuel prices in April 2022.
- Once booked, the price you have paid for your day trip will not fluctuate; however, day trip prices could change further in the year due to fuel and energy prices. You would be informed upon booking.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do we allow dogs on the coach?
We love our furry friends; only assistance dogs are allowed on our coaches.
What is your policy regarding wheelchairs and scooters?
We do not have wheelchair boarding coaches; we can store wheelchairs and scooters beneath our coach. On tours, scooters are charged £25 per scooter, must be able to fold down, be under 25kg and a maximum of 2 per coach. This does not apply to day trips.
Can I add an extra passenger to a booking once I have booked?
Yes, of course, we encourage this!
Do you have on-site parking?
Unfortunately, we do not have facilities for off-street parking.
Can I reserve my seat on the coach?
Of course, on all tours and day trips, you will be allocated a seat on booking.
Do you have toilets on board?
Yes, we do, but on the rare occasion we have to use a toilet-free coach, extra stops will be provided.
Are children and babies able to travel?
Of course, we actively encourage our little passengers on board and are able to accommodate car seats for babies and toddlers.
What happens if I am late for my coach?
Unfortunately, if you are late for the departure time, the coach will not stop and wait, as it impedes other passengers’ enjoyment.
When can I book a day trip or holiday?
You do not have to wait to book any day trip or holiday throughout the year, for example, if you want to book a day trip for December and it is August, you can definitely book this.
Do you do home pick up?
We only do our designated pick-up points to keep costs down for you.
